About me



Growing up,  as an introvert,  I invariably gravitated towards books. Main subjects were specially related with human behavior, spirituality and personal growth. 

At age 27, after having dropped out of college and having lived in the US for a while, I made the decision to complete a Psychology degree. This happened weeks after my dad's passing. I was in desperate need to find something to focus my energy on, so I could keep moving forward.

I fell in love with Psychology. The degree allowed me to learn so much more about human behavior, our human tendency to hide away from feelings and emotions. It made me more attentive to my own actions and that led me to realize I had some unhealthy patterns to work on.

I had what is called the “fixer” mindset. Trying to fix other peoples "issues and/or problems". Always placing everyone's priorities first. I did it for years, and in that process I ended neglecting the most important person of my life. Myself. 

I learned that patterns can be broken if we are attentive to them. When we understand our patterns we can assess if a change of course would be beneficial. When we become self aware of our actions we can act on them and this can help us evolve as we allow ourselves to learn more about what is preventing us from our being our best  and true self.

I acknowledged what I needed to work on by determining my priorities. Once I figured that out, things started to become clearer and I was I finally able to understand what my calling was.

Partnering with people to help them reach the top of their mountain. Not by telling them which way to take but by climbing along with them. Once that became clear I worked to become a Certified Coach.

Our experiences can be breakthroughs if we allow them to be. What does this mean?

  • We need to allow ourselves to learn from our experiences as they can allow us to transform. Metamorphosis can happen, if we let it. This is how the caterpillar turns into a 🦋.

  • My belief is that, things happen for reason. The Universe (or whatever/whoever you would like to call it) is always giving away signs and these signs can be used as guidance, to help us achieve a massive change in mind, spirit.  


Problem is, most of the time we don’t take notice. Or when we do, we ignore it. 

  • If we pay attention to what we do, but specially, to how what we do makes us feel, our levels of awareness and consciousness can dramatically  increase.

  • Awareness makes a huge difference as it can allow you  to realize some reshuffling of priorities may be need to take place. 

For the past year and half, I have coached over 300 people. Using my knowledge and experiences to help and provide them with insight to energize, heal, mind, body and spirit. Allowing them to become self-aware, acknowledging their wants, their needs. I want to help you attain that same self awareness!

  • Help you implement new healthy habits in your life to attain better physical, spiritual and mental health results so that you can thrive not merely survive. 

Change can be scary, however, change is what allows us to grow & evolve.
